Hardware
Featuring a unique, minimalist design with square corners and vertical slide locks, Modern door hardware minimizes visual distraction and maintains sleek sightlines. All fasteners are stainless steel, and a multi-point lock engages when the door is closed for a secure lock and tight seal from top to bottom. Choose from keyed or non-keyed locking and finger pulls for units that are pocketed into the wall for access to panels when the door is open.

Sills
The Modern Multi-Slide door is designed to work with three sill options to complement a modern aesthetic. If a smooth transition from indoors to out or ADA compatibility is important, a Flush Sill in weather-protected areas or a High Performance Sill rated and certified for performance when exposed to weather conditions is available. When performance is a priority and a sill does not need to be recessed, our Performance Sill offers an ideal option.

Glass
Decorative Glass
A variety of decorative glass options are available to meet the unique needs of each project, and laminated glazing is also available in clear, bronze, gray, or green with tinted interlayers. Not all decorative glass is compatible with all products. Images may not be an accurate representation. Color tint images represent color tint example only. Please inquire about obscure glass treatments separately.

Energy Efficiency
Selecting the right options for large expanses of glass is an important aspect for balancing wide-open views with energy efficiency. Choose from dual pane or triple pane glass with Low E coatings and Argon insulating gas. Variations are available to help meet climate and performance requirements across the country, described in more detail on our glass page.

Screens
When fresh air flow is a priority, multiple screen options are available to keep insects and debris at bay.
Our Scenic Door Sliding Screen is a retractable screen that’s unobtrusive and concealed when not in use. It spans up to 12 feet wide as a single screen that moves in one direction, or up to 24 feet wide with two screens that meet in the middle of your scenic door, with screen heights up to 10 feet. A comfortable handle pull grip makes operating the screen easy and comfortable. Note: Screen is not motorized.

Divided Lites
Simulated Divided Lite with Spacer Bar (SDLS)
Achieve a unique aesthetic with divided lites on any Modern window or door. Select from a variety of customizable patterns, available on both dual pane and triple pane products.
Paired with aluminum SDL bars on the exterior of the glass, an aluminum spacer bar is installed between the glass. Available in 7/8” and 1 1/8” widths and 5 colors.
The 2 7/8” Simulated Frame, also with black spacer bars, features an aluminum interior and high density fiberglass exterior. It can be combined with 7/8” or 1 1/8” SDL bars in Simulated Rail Rectangular, Simulated Rail Prairie 6, Simulated Rail Prairie 9, and Simulated Frame patterns.
